Icon Sushi is developed by a Japanese application developer who has a
fairly decent
understanding of what it takes to design an Icon.
The utility has a comprehensive set
of development functions for a free-
ware design tool in the Icon Genre.
While it
is far from being an Icon Development/Designer Suite it is however
feature rich supporting,
among other things, Icons with transparency based
on the .png graphics format.
This utility is obviously designed with the purpose of complimenting other
graphics design
programs like: Photoshop or Real Draw Professional. It is
specialized and geared toward Icon
image development solely.
It runs quickly, reliably, and yields consistent results and
has yet to ever
crash on me while operated from within Windows 2000 Professional or
Windows XP Home SP2.
